Dragon Balls 100 mm

Dragon Balls 100 mm made by Didaks are good for training upper body and core. The hanging balls suits well for obstacle course training (OCR) or Ninja Warrior course or just for hang training at your home.

Their completely round shape makes them very ergonomic. There is steel ring for hanging the balls.  The package includes 2 balls.

The ninja balls are made from polyester sand mix, which is common climbing hold material. The material gives good grip and can be used both indoors and outdoors. We recommend to use magnesium to enhance grip with these balls.

100 mm size

10 cm diameter fits well for grabbing the ball with whole and or for using pinching grip.
