Dragon Sticks L

Dragon Sticks L, by Didaks, are designed for hanging training. If you are fed-up to hang or doing pull-ups normal chin bar, then try these. Training with these you use different muscles in hand and arms.

The cylinder shape of the holds make these quite hard to hold. If you are looking for easier holds please checkout the Dragon Bars & Dragon Balls.

Dragon sticks have to sizes M & L. In M the diameter is 4 cm and in L diameter is 5,5 cm. There is a steel ring for hanging the Dragon Sticks.  The package includes 2 holds.

The holds are made from polyester sand mix, which is common climbing hold material. The material gives good grip and can be used both indoors and outdoors. We recommend to use magnesium to enhance grip with these balls.
