Wood training balls – 120 mm

Wood training balls are good for training upper body and core. The hanging balls suits well for obstacle course training (OCR) or Ninja Warrior course or just for hang training at your home.

These ninja spheres are made by Didaks. Their completely round shape makes them very ergonomic. There is steel ring for hanging the balls.  The package includes 2 balls.

Wooden surface of the OCR balls is more slipery than traditional climbing holds surface, but on the other hand it is much more skin friendly on long training sessions. We recommend to use magnesium to enchance grip with these balls.

We do not recommend use the balls outside.

120 mm size

12 cm diameter spheres act more as a sloper than hold that you could pinch. Your core get good  training just hanging with these.
