Wood training balls – 100 mm

Wood training balls are good for training upper body and core. The hanging balls suits well for obstacle course training (OCR) or Ninja Warrior course or just for hang training at your home.

These ninja spheres are made by Didaks. Their completely round shape makes them very ergonomic. There is steel ring for hanging the balls.  The package includes 2 balls.

Wooden surface of the OCR balls is more slipery than traditional climbing holds surface, but on the other hand it is much more skin friendly on long training sessions. We recommend to use magnesium to enchance grip with these balls.

We do not recommend use the balls outside.

100 mm size

10 cm diameter spheres fits well for grabbing the ball with whole and or for using pinching grip although the pinching is harder than 8 cm balls.
