5m Aerial Yoga Hammock

Aerial yoga is a great alternative or addition to traditional yoga. It stretches and strengthens the body. The hammock can also be very helpful in traditional yoga, stretching or pilates training. Aerial cloths allow you to perform deep stretches and gives you support in complex yoga moves.

The hammocks are tied using knots to a pair of stainless steel O rings, meaning you can rig them as either a 1 point or 2 point hammock.
